This workshop will focus on basic handbuilding techniques and surface design. Six seats will be available, and all experience levels are welcome. Students can add their own decorative style to each piece by painting with underglazes. Michele will clear glaze and fire each piece after the workshop for pick up at a later date. BYOB optional, cute cups & good music will be provided for ultimate relaxation & fun vibes in the studio!

Class 1:

Pinched & Coil Built Vessels; choice of wine cups, mugs, candle holders, bud vases, small bowls, little dishes or your own idea

Class 2:

Slab Building & Slab Molds; choice of small slab plates, bowls, jewelry trays, hanging wall pieces or your own idea

Class 3:

Surface Design; slip & underglaze painting techniques, sgraffito & wax etching to decorate hand built pottery

Cancellation Policy: If you are no longer able to make it to a class, a 50% refund will be given to you up until 7 days before the scheduled class. After that, the class is non-refundable.
